Our Mission
To be clear, it’s not about taking a sh*t (what my sister thought the name alluded to). It’s about being the sh*t. It’s about the "Lode"—that massive, untapped vein of value and abundance that ambitious women bring to the table.
The Mission. For once, we aren’t putting the kids first. We’re putting YOU first. It shouldn’t be hard for high-level, ambitious moms to find a local tribe that actually matches their energy. Mother Lode bridges the gap between your big-picture drive and your community to unlock the inspiration you’ve been missing.
The Vision. A digital platform supplemented by curated experiences. Once you RSVP, you'll have an option to join a 1x1 pairing (think buddy system) if you'd prefer to show up knowing someone.
The Vibe. Real talk. We are a network of strong female leaders who are ready to be unapologetically ourselves.
A Note from the Founder
About me
Outside of being a mom, it often feels like your career is your other identity—until, suddenly, it isn't. After fifteen years in the tech industry, having two kids (ages 6 and 2), and going 120 mph, I hit the brakes in 2026 to be more intentional about what comes next.
What I found was a massive gap: moms are "over-optimized" but "under-connected."
We see each other at school drop-offs every day, yet we’re all looking for something more to fill our cups beyond the boardroom and the playroom. That’s what sparked Mother Lode.
I’m committing to creating a space for inspiration and real connection with a community of ambitious, fun, soulful shakers and makers (aka: moms). No filters. No small talk. Just the real stuff.
